At the head of Project in France is Simon Paine. Camera shy but not work shy, Simon arrived in France in 2003 with his family and within a year had completed his first (very ambitious) gite project. The quality of his workmanship, and understanding of how to make a space work is what sets him apart.
Not one to rest on his laurels, Simon then set about working on new building projects and now has an impressive portfolio of restorations and renovations. He runs a hardworking team of English builders and artisans who match his standards of work and bring in specialist skills where required. Whilst he has a very ‘hands on’ approach he will also happily project manage the job for you.
In addition to building and renovation, Simon also has experience care taking French properties for English clients. Knowing that someone is looking after your home brings enormous peace of mind and can avoid major problems.
